What ElevnEV is for

ElevnEV helps with short EV trips: plan a few-day rental or continue when you already have the car, then book on Hertz, Turo, or another provider. We save your plan on this device (and optionally in the cloud if you sign in).

We do not mediate partner bills

ElevnEV does not book rentals, invoice Superchargers, set desk recharge fees, or mediate host chargebacks, damage claims, or return-battery disputes. Those go to the rental provider, host, or desk that holds your contract.

What we will help with

• Bugs in ElevnEV (Trip, Garage, save, login)
• Clearly wrong ElevnEV facts (broken links, metro missing, app crash)
• Privacy questions about our guest cookie or account

Email support@elevnev.com with what you saw, your metro if relevant, and whether you were planning or already had the car. We aim to reply when traffic is small.

Sketches vs live quotes

Day rates, tax, airport all-in, and fee sketches are planning aids with as-of dates · not live inventory and not a promise from ElevnEV or the rental brand. Confirm on the provider site before you book and at pickup for return rules.
