Privacy Policy

Who we are

ElevnEV is an independent short-term EV trip coach and Garage. We help you plan a few-day EV rental or coach the car you already have, then hand off to rental providers. We do not sell cars, process rentals, or hold inventory.

What we store

• On your device · trip plans, day-rate sketches, optional debrief scores, and book-return prompts in browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage). These stay on that browser unless you clear them.
• Guest cookie · if enabled, an httpOnly guest session cookie so a server Garage can attach without an account. We do not sell guest identity.
• Optional account · if you use magic link or OAuth, Supabase Auth holds account basics. Saved trips/leases attach to that account when you choose cloud save.
• Analytics events · limited product events (for example trip saved, book-link click) when the app can reach our API. Events are limited in type; we do not sell advertising profiles.
• Optional photos · gauge photos you take for return proof stay on your device only. We do not upload or store them on ElevnEV servers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your trip plan or Garage to third parties.
• We do not process rental payments or hold inventory.
• We do not mediate Supercharger invoices, return fees, or host chargebacks.

Outbound sites

When you open Hertz, Turo, Kayak, DiscoverCars, or other providers, their privacy policies apply. ElevnEV only builds a book link from your plan (city, dates, car type when known).
